CASTELLO Home Private Label made with Downright SIERRA Luxury Down Alternative is designed to imitate the warmth and feel of natural down, Comforel innofil fiber offers you down-like warmth, loft and softness. Plus, their Sierra comforter is finished with a beautiful soft 330 thread count cotton sateen cover.

This combination gives you a wonderful easy-care product that closely mimics down, is absolutely hypoallergenic and antimicrobial, making it ideal even for sleepers that are allergy-prone and will provide years of superb slumber.

Custom Made to Order:

Cancelation: All CASTELLO Home products are "Custom Made" or "Made to Order" and for this reason, Cancellations are not permitted. If a customer requests a "Cancelation", then any and all discounts applied to the order will be Forfeited and a Restocking-Cancelation charge of 50% of the total value of the order will be applied.

If there has been a "Manufacturer Defect" then the item will be corrected in order to have the customer 100% Satisfied.

Chargeback: We accept credit card payment as a convenience option for our customers; however, this does not permit or allow for any chargebacks on these Custom-Made Orders or Sampling. If a customer initiates a "Chargeback", then any and all discounts applied to the order will be Forfeited and a Restocking-Cancelation charge of 50% of the total value of the order will be applied. HOLD: If a customer initiates a chargeback there is an automatic 120 day hold on the account. The release of the account can only be initiated by the credit card company.
