Order Refunds - Cancellations
CASTELLO Home believes in our products so much that we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and for that reason we feel shipping and returns should be as easy as possible. We provide free shipping on all orders and returns, this excludes some products, i.e. COVID-19 Products, Archibald Products and any product that is customized for the buyer. If for any reason you do not like the product(s) we will provide a return label and issue a refund or store credit depending on the product(s) and timeline.
Custom Made or Made to Order:
The majority of CASTELLO Home products are "Custom Made" or "Made to Order" and for this reason, Cancellations are not permitted. That being said CASTELLO Home believes that their customers deserve the best and to receive a product that they truly want.
If you have placed an order and have a change of mind, we will work with all our customers to try and make the changes that will eventually have each and ever customer "100% Satisfied".
If there has been a "Manufacturer Defect" then the item will be corrected in order to have the customer 100% Satisfied.
