This experience will be like none other you have ever experienced. It will be enjoyable and extremely rewarding.

These are custom made by our in-house seamstresses to your exact specification. There will be a Personal Shopper assigned to your account once your selection has been made. Your Personal Shopper will guide you or your designer through all aspects of this purchase. They will supply you with Fabric Swatches, Color Cards, Pattern Choices and Sewing Details, The size of the bedding will be cut and sewn to the exact measurements of your bed.

Custom Made to Order:

Cancelation: All CASTELLO Home products are "Custom Made" or "Made to Order" and for this reason, Cancellations are not permitted. If a customer requests a "Cancelation", then any and all discounts applied to the order will be Forfeited and a Restocking-Cancelation charge of 50% of the total value of the order will be applied.

If there has been a "Manufacturer Defect" then the item will be corrected in order to have the customer 100% Satisfied.

Chargeback: We accept credit card payment as a convenience option for our customers; however, this does not permit or allow for any chargebacks on these Custom-Made Orders or Sampling. If a customer initiates a "Chargeback", then any and all discounts applied to the order will be Forfeited and a Restocking-Cancelation charge of 50% of the total value of the order will be applied. HOLD: If a customer initiates a chargeback there is an automatic 120 day hold on the account. The release of the account can only be initiated by the credit card company.
