Shipping and Returns

CASTELLO® believes in our products so much that we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and for that reason we feel shipping and returns should be as easy as possible. We provide free shipping on all orders and returns, this excludes some products, i.e. COVID-19 Products, Archibald Products and any product that is customized for the buyer. If for any reason you do not like the product(s) we will provide a return label and issue a refund or store credit depending on the product(s) and timeline.

Do I pay for shipping?

CASTELLO® Home does not charge for shipping on any order, nor do we charge for shipping on any returns. This applies to all Orders & Returns WORLDWIDE. CASTELLO® Hotel charges for shipping from the closet Port of Entry or from our main warehouses located in Charlotte, NC, Montreal Canada, Genoa Italy

When do stock items ship?

CASTELLO® stock items ship within 2-5 business days from order placement.

Where does CASTELLO* products ship from?

CASTELLO® has distribution points in ITALY, USA and CANADA.

How do I return an item?
